Gee L. Bing brings extensive expertise in budget management, finance, government administration, and human resources. His career in the Republic of the Marshall Islands Government includes serving as Associate Commissioner for Administration & HR Management in the Ministry of Education, Director of the Office of Compact Implementation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Director of Budget & Finance in the Ministry of Education.

In addition to his government service, Gee has served as HR Data Management Consultant at the College of Micronesia–FSM National Campus. He holds both an MBA (2005) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (2003) from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
